Volunteer Week!

April 27 - May 3

This Volunteer Week, we extend our deepest gratitude to the incredible volunteers who are the heart of everything we do. Your generosity, dedication, and compassion fuel our mission and make a lasting impact on the individuals and communities we serve. Whether you're sharing your time, your talents, or simply a smile, your efforts help create safer, stronger, and more connected communities. We truly couldn’t do it without you—thank you for making a difference every day.

Recent and Standing Events

Farmers Market

You can find a Cycles of Life table at the Woodstock Farmers' Market the first Saturday of each month!*

We have items for sale and are available to chat about our services.

*weather permitting, check Facebook for updates!

Auctions

Over the course of year we hold a number of auctions, raffels, and other events.

Larger items that are donated are often raffled off to help fundraise Cycles of Life programs.

Stuff the bus

In August 2024, Cycles of Life held our third STUFF THE BUS fundraiser to collect non-perishable foods and toiletries for those in need.

Food drive

Hosting food drives at local grocery stores is one of the ways we give back to the community. These events typically occur once a month on a Saturday and provide an opportunity for people to donate non-perishable food items to those in need.

This is a great way for high school students to get their volunteer hours.

Check our Facebook page regularly for updates!

Land and Cultural Acknowledgement:

We acknowledge that the land on which we operate is the traditional territory of the Anishinaabe, Haudenosaunee, Attawandaron (Neutral), and Wendat peoples. We recognize the enduring presence of Indigenous peoples on this land and offer our respect to their Elders, past, present, and future. We understand there is a disproportionate number of people with Indigenous ancestry in need of the support that organizations like Cycles of Life offer as a result of ongoing systemic oppression and colonization.
